Best haunted houses in British Columbia
With Halloween quickly closing in, it is time for everyone to get their scare on and head to the haunted houses of British Columbia. Here, we have picked our top two haunted houses in British Columbia, Potter’s House of Horrors and Reapers Haunted Attraction. Both of these are a couple hours away from Kelowna, BC, but we think the trip is well worth it. Below, we tell you everything you need to know to plan a trip to these great haunted houses. Location: 12530 72nd Avenue in Surrey, BC
Hours: Potter’s House of Horrors is open from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM or from 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM on select dates of October – check out their website to learn more
Prices: $15.99 per haunted house per adult or $12.99 for children
More information: There are two haunted houses at Potter’s House of Horrors and individuals can choose which haunt they wish to enter, or they can pay for both. The haunts include Death Valley Motor Inn, which is new for 2019, and Devil’s Descent, a classic haunt filled with monsters. There are also options for kids and an escape room.

Hours: Reapers Haunted Attraction opens at 7:00 PM and closes at either 9:00, 10:00, or 11:00 PM depending on the date on select dates of October – check out their website to learn more

More information: Reapers Haunted Attraction is self-described as the scariest indoor theatrical horror experience in Western Canada. They offer the attraction itself, which is an asylum themed haunt, and also a Maze of Terror, which is a blackout, huge, outdoor maze.
